About Our Company
Palm Tree Vacation Homes is family owned and operated and one of the Disney Area's hottest and fastest growing property management companies since it was established in 2004.  Since then the company has grown, and continues to expand, still giving the best service possible.

Our team is made up of family members each offering their unique abilities, but combining to form a management team that is unparalleled by any other. Our team currently includes Ian, who graduated from Flagler College, St. Augustine, FL with a BA in Sports Management and Business and graduated with an MBA in Business and Marketing from Webber International University, Lake Wales, FL. Ian is also a licensed real estate agent. Mark, Ian's brother, is in charge of Maintenance and Accounting. Mark graduated from Flagler College with a BA in Business and Accounting. Finally, Mark’s wife, Amanda, is the third member of the team. Amanda also graduated from Flagler College with a BA in Business; she also holds her Florida real estate license.

Other important members of the family include, Mark & Amanda’s wonderful two daughters, Brooklyn & Ashleigh. Although only 4 years old & a few months old, they are a great asset to us all and is in training to one day take over the company. We also rely heavily on our parents. Mark & Ian’s parents are invaluable to the smooth operation of Palm Tree Vacation Homes, they assist in all works of the business including cleaning and accounting.

This young and dynamic trio is sure to help each and every client through the extensive home-buying and management process and is always readily available to all of our guests and homeowners!
